All personal propety shall be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. Payment due auction day in the form of cash, personal chekc or business check with proper ID. Titles for vehicles will be transferred upon acceptance of check. All items to be sold "As Is, Where Is" with all faults and without warranty expressed or implied.
